Independently able to understand customer’s business drivers and challenges faced by their business. Applies skills and experience of their own, as well as of their team to find and deliver a relevant solution. Defines tasks for other team members and manages the delivery process. Proficient in English and another language.

Experience Level: 4-5 years and above
Training: BMC training and optional certification

Leader of smaller project engagements or stream lead on larger projects. Independently able to assist customer by understanding their requirements, agreeing solution deliverables within the engagement framework and delivering said solution. Able to interface with the client in technical,as well as non-technical discussions. Able to communicate in English and other languages.

Independently able to transpose complex designs or application changes into AR System code and configuration data. Clarifies solution details with other project team membersand delivers on time and budget. Typically not customer facing.

Possesses BMC or comparable solution project management experience. Proven delivery into corporate programs and sector expertise. PRINCE II or equivalent certified.
